Founders program — 10 spots

Run Handler free for 30 days. Keep every job you'd have missed.

We're launching a new customer-call service for local contractors, and we're looking for 10 South Florida companies to use it free for 30 days — every call answered, every job booked — in exchange for honest feedback. No risk. No contract. Cancel anytime.

Why this matters more than it sounds.

You never lose a $500–$10,000 job because someone didn't answer the phone. If your phone rings after hours, on the weekend, or while your crew is out in the field, Handler answers it like it's sitting in your office — takes the address, triages the problem, and books the visit onto your calendar.

Missed calls don't show up on any report. The homeowner just calls the next name on Google, and you never find out the job existed. The whole point of the beta is to let you see, on your own line, exactly how many of those you've been losing.

Is this you?

The founders program is built for owner-run shops. It's a fit if this sounds familiar:

  • 2–20 people on the team
  • The owner still answers the phone
  • Your techs spend the day out in the trucks
  • You get emergency calls — nights and weekends
  • No full-time receptionist
  • Missed calls quietly go to a competitor

Perfect trades: HVAC, handyman, plumbing, electrical, water-damage restoration, roofing, appliance repair, garage-door, locksmiths, pest control, tree services — any field-service shop where the phone rings while the crew is out.

The deal, plainly.

What you get

  • Free setup — we build it around your shop
  • 30-day free trial
  • No contract
  • Cancel anytime
  • Weekly check-ins with a human

All we ask

  • Honest feedback — tell us what's clumsy
  • Permission to use your testimonial if you love it
  • Your suggestions for making it better

That's it. If it's not earning its keep by day 30, you walk away and owe nothing. If it is, founders lock in the lowest price we offer.

How the 30 days work.

  1. Week 1 — Setup. We listen to a few of your calls, learn your service area, hours, and pricing, and build Handler around your shop. You test it with us before it takes a live call.
  2. Go live. Point your after-hours and overflow calls at Handler. Every call is answered, triaged, and booked onto your calendar — and every booking hits your phone as a text.
  3. Weekly check-ins. A human walks through what Handler caught, what it booked, and anything you want changed. We tune it as we go.
  4. Day 30 — You decide. Keep it and lock in founder pricing, or cancel and owe nothing. No contract either way.

Questions we get.

What does the founders program cost?

Nothing for the first 30 days. Free setup, no contract, cancel anytime. If you keep it after the trial, founders lock in the lowest price we offer.

What's the catch?

There isn't one. In exchange for the free trial, all we ask is honest feedback, permission to use your testimonial if you love it, and your ideas for making Handler better.

How many spots are there?

We're taking on 10 companies at a time so every one gets weekly check-ins with a human and real attention during setup.

Will my customers know it's not a person?

Yes — Handler says so in the first sentence. What we've found is that people care far more about someone picking up than about who picked up.

Do I have to switch software?

No. Handler works with Housecall Pro, Jobber, ServiceTitan, Workiz, ServiceM8 — or just your Google Calendar if that's how you run.

How fast can I start?

About a week. We listen to your calls, learn your service area and pricing, and test it with you before it takes a live one.

Claim one of the 10 spots.

Tell us where to reach you and we'll set up your demo and walk through the beta — usually the same day.

Got it. You'll hear from a human — usually within the hour, always the same day.
