These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Handler website and services (the "Service"), operated by JoinBoomerang, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Handler is an AI-powered phone answering and scheduling service for HVAC contractors. It answers inbound calls, gathers information, and books appointments on your behalf. Handler does not diagnose HVAC systems, provide licensed contracting services, or give professional advice of any kind. Calls handled by the Service are answered by an automated AI assistant, and the assistant discloses that fact to callers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.

3. Call recording and transcription

The Service records, transcribes, and analyzes calls it handles in order to provide you with summaries, transcripts, and scheduling information. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of these features complies with the call-recording and telemarketing laws that apply to your business, including Florida law. Outbound communications sent through the Service are limited to your existing customers regarding their own service, and opt-out requests are honored.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed at the price presented at checkout (currently $99/month), month to month, with no annual commitment. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Introductory offers, where available, are as described on the site.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, to place or receive calls unrelated to your legitimate business, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Intellectual property

We own the Service and its software. You own your business data — your customer information, call recordings, and transcripts — and grant us the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that every call will be answered, transcribed accurately, or booked correctly, and we are not responsible for outcomes of appointments scheduled through the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms with notice where practicable.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
